Pop Up Art Shows
We host two annual pop up art shows at Old Lumberyard. Our Spring show takes place the Saturday before Mother's Day (2nd Saturday in May) and our Winter show takes place the 1st Saturday in December.
We feature local and regional artists. If you are an artist and are interested in joining us for one of our shows, please contact us below.

Connecting our community of artists, crafters, and makers with unused supplies.

Do you have stashes of art and craft supplies from past interests that go unused? Have you moved on to a new muse? Here’s your opportunity to try something new and trade materials with a community who will use them!

Early Drop-offs: October 2025
Drop off your new or gently used supplies early or on Swap Day. We have locations around our community so you only need to make one trip to Livingston for the swap.

Swap Day: Saturday, October 25, 2025
11-12pm - Swap Day drop-offs
12pm-1pm - "shopping" open to swappers
1pm-3:30pm - "shopping" open to all

Livingston Fringe Fest Presents:
Kafka's Monkey
Livingston Fringe Festival launches Sept. 22 for seven nights of original plays, theater, storytelling and maybe even a bit of standup, says Kate Britton, a co-founder of the event with Tessa Welch.
​
The LFF includes 12 different plays that are almost entirely original. These productions will be held around Livingston at venues within the Shane Lalani Center for the Arts, The Empire Movie Theater, The Blue Slipper, Elk River Books, Wheatgrass, Sacajawea Park, the Old Lumber Yard, Strata Editions, Parlour, and the Blue Door Gallery.
